The Graduate Certificate in Health Professions Preparation does exactly as the name suggests – It builds a strong foundation in biomedical science while preparing students for further studies in medical school. Graduates of this program with specific qualifications can also be admitted automatically into the school’s Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program.

This innovative program was designed by faculty members of the College of Osteopathic Medicine, so students can be assured that the curriculum matches what medical schools seek. With 18 credits taken over the course of two semesters, students will receive their certificate and be on their way in just one year. Classes cover the fundamentals of medicine while also focusing on the tools for academic success.
