The online Graduate Certificate in Terrorism & Critical Infrastructure Analysis program is designed for students who want to learn more about the national security and intelligence studies fields but are not yet ready to commit to a master’s degree or for those that are only interested in learning about one part of the master’s degree. The program teaches students about Homeland Security and to deal with man-made incidents such as terrorism. Students learn to design and implement policies protecting the safety and freedom of the public; evaluate security policies, strategies, operational theories, and issues from domestic and international perspectives; and analyze policy issues related to cooperation among the international community, state governments, local jurisdictions, and private industry in facilitating intelligence operations, infrastructure protections and resiliency, emergency preparedness, responses to terrorism and terrorist incidents, and the development of homeland security.
