Master of Divinity / Missional Leadership
Northwest Nazarene University

Program Details

The online Master of Divinity in Missional Leadership degree offered by Northwest Nazarene University aims to help students explore the theory and practice of the leadership of Christians as it applies not only in the church, but also outside of the church.  The curriculum of and materials used by this program aim to help its students focus on creative missional engagement and to learn how to become kingdom builders.  This program emphasizes the need for Christ followers to live out the gospel, so it is seen and experienced in the community and challenges students to empower others to take ministry outside church walls as well.  It marries mission with the wholeness of life, personally and culturally.  Students will learn to advance missional leadership as both incarnational and holistic with missional leaders recognizing the value of tradition and the opportunities and pitfalls found within culture.  You will lead through servanthood and ground ministries biblically and theologically.
