Program Details

Northwest Mississippi Community College offers the Associate of Arts in General College, an online liberal arts degree.  This program provides an opportunity for a more cross-sectional approach to a two-year program than some of the other curricula at Northwest.  It is designed to supplement other programs at Northwest and is similar to the Liberal Arts degree curriculum, but specific differences exist. 

An entering student may elect to follow this program for one or two semesters before deciding on a specific field of study.  This program requires careful planning by the student through an academic adviser because of the flexibility of course work involved.
