Program Details

The online Dietetic Technician associate’s program trains students to work either independently or with Registered Dietitians in the areas of food, nutrition, and dietetics.  Students learn to promote optimum health through nutrition and about healthcare and foodservice management teams.  Graduates work in a wide range of settings, including health care and public health, food service, community, and research.
