Program Details

The online Certificate in Administration of Justice program is designed for students who only want to take courses that directly relate to the law enforcement field.  The curriculum offers a basic foundation that prepares students for some careers in the criminal justice field that does not require a higher degree.  This program can also be useful for individuals already working in the criminal justice field who want to advance their knowledge and skills or for those who are exploring this field as a career alternative.  Courses include:

  • Survey of Criminal Justice
  • The Juvenile Justice System
  • Ethics and the Criminal Justice Professional

Requirements

  • High school diploma or the equivalent, or at least 18 years of age
  • Placement test
