Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Education program is designed to prepare educators to teach in grades PreK-3, or ages 0-8.  Educators also learn to teach early childhood special education for ages birth through three in home visiting programs and for ages three to six in early childhood special education classrooms.  Courses include:

  • Early Child Development
  • Application of Theories and Practices within Early Childhood Settings
  • Early Intervention Birth to Age Eight
  • Family Partnerships in Early Childhood Education
  • Assessment in Early Childhood Environments


  • Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges or universities
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 3.0
