The online Education Specialist in Educational Leadership program is designed for educators who want to become principals in grades P-12 or supervisors of instruction for grades P-12. The curriculum prepares educators for administrative positions in which they can make a difference in the lives of students, teachers, parents, and the community. Educators will gain the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to be effective administrators at the P-12 level. Coursework exposes educators to diverse student populations and school environments as they learn to understand school culture, curriculum, assessment, supervision of teachers to build capacity, and management of schools focused on school improvement.
