Instructional technology is a booming field in the education arena today. Northern Illinois University has taken advantage of the market and developed a Master's program for students looking to enter the workforce with instructional technology skills. The coursework teaches on areas of software design and development, media administration, curriculum evaluation, and performance technology. There are two different pathways students can choose from to better specialize:
