A Graduate Certificate in Positive Behavior Support (PBS) allows you to help people improve the quality of their lives by replacing challenging behaviors with socially acceptable alternatives. This online special education certification from Northern Arizona University uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a foundation.

Students will focus on understanding the conditions in a person’s environment that contribute to challenging behavior to be able to modify those conditions for better outcomes for the individual.
