This CAGS Health Services specialization prepares health care administrators to identify a problem or potential problem area, or an area for analysis and intervention, recognize the constraints and limitations to intervention and change, and propose alternative outcomes in the health care industry. Health care administrators are prepared to analyze decisions and recommendations based on strategic planning. Curriculum focuses on advanced concepts and applications, financial management, legal, ethical, and global issues relating to total quality management in health care.
