Program Details

The Project Management specialization focuses on research and development of principles, concepts, tools, and techniques to improve project performance and organizational effectiveness. Studies cover a wide range of skill sets, including managing and overseeing business projects, including cost estimates, budget management, cost control, risk assessment, bid negotiation and contracts, and performance reporting critical to the success of any enterprise.

Courses in this program count as Professional Development Units for PMI® (Project Management Institute) certification.

Requirements

Requires 12 credit hours for completion. Must have a conferred bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally or nationally accredited academic institution.
