With NCU’s online MS in Instructional Design, you’ll be prepared for management roles in various educational settings. From nonprofit training to online schools, your studies will culminate in a capstone project that exemplifies your ability to create and implement instructional design. This online master’s program follows guidelines established by the IBSTPI (International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction), the ATD (Association of Training and Development) and the AECT (Association for Education Communication and Technology). These guidelines incorporate planning, analysis, universal design, development, implementation, and evaluation, to name a few. Specialization classes may include:

- Advanced Simulations, Games and Mobile Design
- IRB and Data Collection
- Admission to the Masters program requires a conferred post-baccalaureate master’s degree and/or doctoral degree from a regionally or nationally accredited academic institution
