Program Details

In this online MPA offered by NCU, you’ll learn the skills and knowledge to take on leadership roles and address issues in public service revolving around Management Information Systems.  Under the guidance of engaged faculty, you’ll explore the different facets of public administration, learning the bureaucracy, rights of citizens and responsibilities of community leaders.  The online MIS specialization within this program explores the development, maintenance and management of data, telecommunications and networks.  Your capstone project will entail the analysis of a CIS problem and its resolution.  Experienced Northcentral faculty will mentor you throughout this program, as you complete your capstone project which likely includes the following electives:

  • Database Management Systems
  • Government & the Public Interest


  • Conferred bachelor’s and/or a conferred master’s or doctoral degree from a regionally or nationally accredited academic institution
