Northcentral University’s Master of Education in Educational Leadership program is designed to help students gain the skills and knowledge needed to lead the way in an educational leadership role. This comprehensive program is aligned with traits specific to the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL), including data-driven decision-making and evidence-based educational practice. Students will explore vital topics, including disciplinary theories, managing curricular resources, and education policy for school leaders.
