This online Organizational Leadership focus, as a Doctor of Education, will prepare you for executive leadership roles in a myriad of environments.  From government agencies to multinational conglomerates, you’ll prepare your research and dissertation exemplifying leadership towards innovation and organizational change for strategic success.  From team building to sharing visions, this specialization explores organizational issues and trends, giving you the tools to become an expert in the field.  Your dissertation, under 1:1 guidance from NCU faculty, will stem from coursework such as:

Requirements

  • Admission to the Doctor of Education program requires a conferred post-baccalaureate master’s degree and/or doctoral degree from a regionally or nationally accredited academic institution
