Program Overview

The Nonprofit Management specialization is designed to equip students with the fundamental principles of nonprofit management by exploring the roles and responsibilities of the management team, their efforts to maximize fundraising opportunities and to maintain healthy budgets. Additional topics of study include: revenue generation, legal foundations, recruitment, management of volunteers, and promotion and marketing. You will also examine contemporary topics such as diversity and ethics within the nonprofit setting.
