Program Details

The Human Resources Management specialization focuses on the interrelationships between employees, leadership, and the business organization in general. You will develop skills to properly create, develop, mediate and maintain these critical connections. Students will also examine how an organization’s employee relations practices are linked to its overall business plan. 

Requirements

A completed bachelor's degree in business from a regionally or nationally accredited academic institution.
