Program Details

Northcentral Technical College offers an online Communication Certificate program.  This certificate is designed to improve written and oral communication skills by expanding the understanding and application of communication.  The curriculum teaches students to demonstrate effective communication skills, analyze audiences prior to developing an effective communication plan, and to effectively respond to audiences in an appropriate manner.  You will demonstrate the ability to be an effective team player and to provide effective feedback in oral and written communication.  Graduates are also able to self-assess communication skills.
