The Associate in Information Technology Computer Support Specialist from Northcentral Technical College is an online information technology degree.  Technology use is exploding and with it is the increasing need for professionals capable of providing support for technology.  If you are interested in gaining proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, computer hardware, basic computer network technologies, and more, then this program will be of interest.  You will learn customer service skills and to provide end user support to solve information technology problems.  Courses focus on three areas of support:  software, hardware, and help desk.
