Program Details

The online Associate of Applied Science in Substance Use Disorder Counseling (SUDC) degree program is designed for those interested in working with addiction issues.  Those pursuing this profession should have high ethical standards and inspire respect, trust, and confidence and their conduct should never compromise their ability to fulfill their professional responsibilities.  Students should be emotionally stable, mature, self-aware, responsible, and should show self-discipline.  This degree is best suited for those interested in working with people and who have an appreciation of cultural diversity along with strong reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
