Higher Education professionals work with college students in a variety of different developmental areas. The Master of Arts in Higher Education Curriculum at North Central College helps students develop their own leadership potential and ablity to creatively problem solve. College students need helpful mentor figures impacting their lives, and those mentors need to have the proper skills, ethics, and gifts for bringing out the best in other people. Students of this program will dive deeper into practical experiences and self-exploration to utilize their strengths within the higher education career.
