Program Details

The online Master of Environmental Engineering program is designed for students with undergraduate degrees in engineering disciplines who wish to pursue graduate degrees.  The curriculum includes the following areas of concentration:  air quality and air pollution prevention and control; groundwater hydrology, contamination and remediation; geoenvironmental engineering; environmental exposure and risk assessment; solid waste management; water and water treatment; and water resources.  Courses include:

  • Biological Principles of Environmental Engineering
  • Chemical Principles of Environmental Engineering
  • Engineering Principles of Air Pollution Control
  • Engineering Principles of Solid Waste Management
  • Principles of Air Quality Engineering

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in civil or environmental engineering from an accredited institution or its equivalent
  • Overall GPA of at least 3.0 (4.0 scale)
  • GRE test scores (waived for applicants who have an engineering degree from a US institution)
