Master of Civil Engineering

Program Details

The Master of Civil Engineering degree at NC State University is available for those who have interests in construction, structures, and transportation systems. The areas of concentration include: construction engineering; environmental, water resources and coastal engineering; geotechnical/geoenvironmental engineering; structures and mechanics; transportation materials; and transportation systems.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution or its equivalent with an overall GPA of 3.0
  • GRE test scores (waived for applicants with undergraduate engineering degree from a U.S. institution with at least a 3.0 GPA)
