The online Master of Science in Organizational Leadership enhances students’ leadership skills to innovate, solve, and inspire through a flexible and innovative program that builds big-picture leadership and problem-solving capabilities.  Courses teach skills such as team-building, communication, change management, negotiation, and collaboration, teaching students to apply leadership principles, theory, and critical thinking to creatively solve problems in organizations within an ethical framework.  Graduates are aware of cultural and global issues, employ qualitative and quantitative research methods for organizational analysis and problem solving, and apply negotiating, coaching, and mentoring skills in order to have productive and collaborative relationships.
