Program Details

The online Associate in Arts in English degree is available from NHTI-Concord's Community College.  With this English degree, you will gain a broad understanding of the history, development, and place of literature in Western society.  The curriculum contains courses in Literature which provide a working knowledge of the various genres and history of English while also allowing the you to concentrate course work in your particular area of interest.  In addition, students will be able to recognize periods of literature, literary genres, and literary criticism.  This English degree can also serve as a stepping-stone to a four-year degree in English or a related major.
