The online Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development provides graduate students with the strategic knowledge and skills to lead people, businesses, and change. Courses teach students to analyze and train a workforce in matters of industry standards, safety, corporate culture, equal employment opportunity, wages, health care, retirement plans, and family leave laws. Graduates are able to analyze organizational issues with critical thinking skills and then create and apply solutions.
