The online Advanced Certificate in Environmental Management program broadens knowledge of environmental issues and energy consumption as the focus of the energy field has broadened to include more environmental issues, such as automobiles, power plants, coal, oil, and gas resources, and more. The program is offered for managers, planners, engineers, and policy makers who must consider environmental issues when making decisions. The curriculum explores technical, economic, and regulatory frameworks of environmental protection while teaching students how to analyze and make decisions regarding oil, gas, and biofuels, while considering their regulatory, economic, and environmental impacts.
