Program Details

The online Associate in Christian Ministry degree program from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary is a basis for the bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry.  The curriculum provides a basic level of education based on competencies in the bachelor’s level degree in Christian Ministry but can also be used to prepare students for ministry by itself in various settings.  You will take general education courses that teach skills in critical thinking, communication, and quantitative reasoning, and core Christian Ministry and Life Skills courses complete this program.  

The curriculum is based upon eight key competencies that act as a basis for all undergraduate work.  These competencies are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have been a Christian for at least one year
