Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership program from National University prepares students with the training to be the leaders employers are looking for.  Courses provide the knowledge and skills needed to help students become effective, change-oriented leaders who achieve results.  Faculty offer a distinctive and challenging curriculum that combines Organizational Leadership courses with MBA core courses.  You will be taught to integrate theory with practice, personal success with service to others, and information and technology with creativity, empathy, and democracy.    Graduates are able to determine how decisions might impact ethical culture, support sustainability practices, and serve the organizational purpose.  You will be able to distinguish between multiple approaches to leadership in order to harness talent, promote innovation, and confront complex issues within organizations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university 
  • An overall GPA of 2.5 or better, or where a GPA of 2.75 or higher in the last 90 quarter units
  • Students with a GPA of 2.0 to 2.49 may be admitted to the University if they have a satisfactory score on one of the following tests: GMAT, GRE, Miller Analogies Test, or an approved, standardized program-specific exam
