Program Details
The online MBA with a concentration in Management Accounting from National University is a combination of core MBA courses and Management Accounting courses. The Management Accounting courses use real-world case studies, accounting concepts, and reporting techniques to help students gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this field. You will learn to make management decisions; present analysis, conclusions, and recommendations; and prepare managerial accounting models used by diverse enterprises. Students are able to examine cost accounting, the behavior of costs, budgeting, differential analysis, and responsibility accounting. In addition to cost accounting principles and procedures and other lessons studied in Management Accounting, students will learn management skills through MBA courses, including formulating strategies and policies, integrating various functions to achieve the mission and objectives of the organization, and acting with social responsibility and ethics.
