National University’s online MBA with a concentration in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) program helps students learn the process for creating and fostering relationships with customers and the public.  You will learn to strategically control or influence messages sent to or exchanged with customers and the public.  You will gain communication skills and marketing skills while also taking courses in core MBA topics.  Students learn about the evolution of integrated marketing communication and how it changes organizations in which it is adopted and about challenges faced by Integrated Marketing Communication integration in organizations.  You will be able to identify and estimate the value of customers and prospects and understand the need for planning, implementing, and evaluating IMC efforts.
