The online MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from National University combines MBA core courses with Human Resource Management courses. Human Resources Management courses offer knowledge and skills in current workplace concerns. You will study the topics of recruitment, benefits, labor relations, technology, and safety. Faculty teach using a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in courses. In addition, you will be able to analyze and effectively address ethical, legal, and safety challenges in the workplace along with such issues as anti-discrimination, employee and labor relations, union issues, and environment issues.
