Master of Business Administration / International Business

Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in International Business covers trends and areas of interest in the area of International Business.  Courses focus on regional business environments while exploring topics including doing business in emerging markets, economic integration in Europe and Latin America, new global firms and industries, offshoring, outsourcing, and more.  The program focuses on one subject at a time, allowing students to take one each month and finish their degrees faster.  You will learn to analyze international business topics and international businesses using economic, geographic/physical, political, cultural, legal, and functional factors.  Students also gain the skills and knowledge needed to rank the risk of foreign environments for start-ups, perform an in-depth analysis of specific international business issues, and assess the impact of major developments on national economies and multinational companies.  Additionally, the MBA courses provide relevant management skills in domestic and global business settings and skills in team building, leadership, creative problem-solving, and more.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university 
  • An overall GPA of 2.5 or better, or where a GPA of 2.75 or higher in the last 90 quarter units
  • Students with a GPA of 2.0 to 2.49 may be admitted to the University if they have a satisfactory score on one of the following tests: GMAT, GRE, Miller Analogies Test, or an approved, standardized program-specific exam
