The online Master of Arts in Human Resource Management provides students with both the critical skills and the knowledge required to be effective through case study, experiential learning opportunities, and best practices. The program serves to increase the knowledge, skills, and abilities of a professional to perform in a senior management position or as a consultant to organization leadership on matters of human resource management and organizational change. Courses integrate the many facets of human resource management through concept, theory, critical analysis and application of recruitment, staffing, organizational behavior, performance improvement, technology, legal aspects, labor relations, ethical issues, and safety concerns in the workplace.
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university where an overall GPA of 2.5, or where a GPA of 2.75 or higher was achieved in the last 90 quarter units (Students with a GPA of 2.0 to 2.49 may be admitted to the University if they have a satisfactory score on one of the following tests: GMAT, GRE, Miller Analogies Test, or an approved, standardized program-specific exam.)
