Program Details

The online Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership provides a range of understanding in leadership theories and frameworks which prepares students to lead the way in both smaller companies and large corporations and agencies.  Based on the premise that leadership is a skill that can be learned through the understanding of basic organizational theories, analysis of scenarios, evaluation of case studies, and dissection of complex problems, courses provide valuable experiential knowledge using models based on collaboration and integration.  

Students learn to:

  • Recognize the difference between leadership and power
  • Work with the strengths and weaknesses of diverse teams and individuals
  • Motivate and evaluate team members
  • Reach ethical decisions and develop real-life strategies
  • Communicate using proper business formats


  • Must have attended a regionally accredited high school
  • Must have a high school GPA of 2.0
  • Individual degree programs may have additional admission requirements
