Program Details

The online Bachelor of Science in Health Care Leadership program is geared toward students passionate about helping others through work in the health care field, especially those who are looking to advance their current careers in health care or who want to enter the industry.  Courses provide leadership skills and knowledge in areas such as policies and regulations associated with health care delivery, teamwork, critical thinking, communication, principles of health care supervision and human resource management, financial and physical resource administration, marketing, information technology, and strategic analysis and planning in health care administration.  Graduates find positions in hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, or private practice settings, or can continue their educations with Master’s in Health Administration or Business Administration degrees.


  • Degree completion requires 180 quarter credits
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
