The National Graduate School of Quality Management, a private, not-for-profit institution, was founded in 1993 with the main intention to offer project-based degree programs for adult learners. Throughout its existence the National Graduate School of Quality Management has worked to provide working adults with a high level of knowledge and understanding of quality-based systems management for performance excellence and to ultimately graduate students with the behavioral, analytic, customer service, and leadership skills that will help them achieve performance excellence.
