Program Details

The online Certificate in Emergency Management program prepares students for careers in the emergency management field.  The program provides a foundation of technical and professional knowledge which is necessary to deliver emergency services in local, state, and federal government agencies, as well as in the private sector.  You will study the management and the technical aspects of law enforcement, fire protection, emergency medical services, emergency planning, and emergency management.  Students can choose from four concentrations with widely different courses that best meet their interests and career goals:
