Program Details

The online Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice Technology program prepares students for careers in the criminal justice field, including in the areas of law enforcement, corrections, and the courts.  The curriculum offers knowledge of criminal justice systems and operations, focusing on local, state, and federal law enforcement; judicial processes; corrections; and security services.  The program looks at the system’s role within society while emphasizing criminology, juvenile justice, criminal and constitutional law, investigative principles, ethics, and community relations.  You may also study issues and concepts of government, counseling, communications, computers, and technology.
