Program Details

The online Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership prepares individuals for leadership roles and functions in mission-driven nonprofit sector organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life at the local, regional, national, and global levels.  Courses focus on the full range of organizational leadership roles and management functions central to the nonprofit sector, including organizational development and strategic planning, human resource development, financial resource development, legal issues and advocacy, and innovation and social change strategies.  The curriculum is guided by a commitment to innovation, social entrepreneurship, social change, engagement, and advocacy.


Have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher. If an applicant’s GPA is less than 3.0 and they submit a GMAT score that satisfies the GMAT admission formula, or they submit a GRE score that satisfies the GRE admission formula, they will be unconditionally admitted. GMAT formula: (200 x GPA) + (GMAT score) > 1,000; GRE formula: (11.66 x GPA) + GRE > 321
