Master of Arts in Christian Leadership

Program Details

Multnomah University offers a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership for students interested in roles and responsibilities in the church. In order to meet these requirements, students will study scripture and a variety of complementary ministry and leadership skills. The program will help individuals increase their capabilities to serve with a clear biblical and theological understanding of the responsibilities of church leaders in the ministry.


  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 32 semester hours of general studies from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or holding membership in the Association of Universities and Colleges in Canada or the equivalent
  • Must hold a minimum 2.5 undergraduate grade point average (4.0 scale)
  • Advanced Track: Bachelor’s degree must include a Bible major with a minimum of 36 semester hours of Bible, theology and Bible-related subjects covering the complete Bible and the traditional areas of systematic theology
