Program Details

The online Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management provides students with the knowledge and skills needed for management positions in the hospitality industry.  The program builds on knowledge obtained at the associate degree level and explores subjects more deeply, such as management of food and beverage costs, staffing and scheduling in various departments, planning recreational opportunities and events, computer software for hotel front office systems, and managing the operation of hotels and other types of lodging.  Graduates are prepared for a variety of managerial positions in the industry, including concierge, front office manager, and public relations coordinator.
