Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Management

Program Details

The online Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Management prepares students for entry into a range of positions in lodging, food and beverage, and the tourism industry.  Courses cover areas such as management of food and beverage costs, controls and procedures, staffing and scheduling, planning recreational opportunities and events, equipment used in the hospitality industry, and managing the operation of hotels and other lodging facilities.
