Associate of Applied Science in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Program Details

The online Associate of Applied Science in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program helps students learn to help infants, children, adults, and the elderly who have been affected by communication disorders.  The curriculum teaches students how to help these individuals recover their abilities to speak, understand, and interact with others.  Graduates will serve as support personnel to perform tasks prescribed, directed, and supervised by certified speech-language pathologists.

Requirements

  • High school transcript or GED scores
  • College or technical school transcripts (if applicable)
  • Admissions test (may be waived by ACT, SAT, Compass, or Accuplacer scores)
  • Copy of birth certificate or driver's license (proof of birth date) and/or proof of legal US resident status
