The online Master of Arts in Teaching in Community College Education program is an interdisciplinary program designed to prepare professionals for teaching in a community college setting. The program prepares educators for service in rural community colleges and introduces them to the philosophy and culture of the community college, preparing educators to teach non-traditional and first-generation students. The program also teaches sensitivity to diversity and adult learning theory.
