The online Master of Education in Educational Leadership program helps professionals understand the basis of utilizing research for decision making and prepares them to be effective and efficient in their roles as education leaders. The faith-based curriculum uses a transcultural approach to teach processes which include problem-based learning, cohort groups, and portfolio development. Educators gain the skills and knowledge needed to lead and a foundation of faith to apply Christian character in leadership situations while also preparing them with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to lead effectively.
