Program Details
The online Master of Education in Educational Leadership program helps professionals understand the basis of utilizing research for decision-making and prepares them to be effective and efficient in their roles as education leaders. The faith-based curriculum uses a transcultural approach to teach processes which include problem-based learning, cohort groups, and portfolio development. Educators gain the skills and knowledge needed to lead and a foundation of faith to apply Christian character in leadership situations while also preparing them with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to lead effectively.
