School Details

Minnesota West Community and Technical College is a two-year, public institution of higher education, located in the city of Granite Falls, Minnesota. The college was founded in 1997 from the merging of Worthington Community College and Southwestern Technical College. The institution has five campuses in southwestern Minnesota: Canby, Granite Falls, Jackson, Pipestone and Worthington and four learning centers in Fairmont, Luverne, Marshall, and Redwood Falls.

Minnesota West offers associate's degree programs that are transferable to four-year institutions and technical and career programs that lead to employment or transfer. Students can earn diplomas and certificates as well. Students can take a single online course or may choose to complete a program or degree online. Currently, students can complete an Associate in Arts degree totally online.
