Program Details

The online Master of Science in Educational Leadership program prepares educators to be effective, visionary leaders in educational institutions with the ability to respond to the needs of communities while optimizing organizational performance.  This degree equips graduates for positions as K-12 principals, community education directors, special education directors, athletic directors, school business managers, technology or curriculum coordinators, school superintendents, or higher education administrators.  Educators may choose from these emphases:

  • Generalist 
  • K-12 Administration 
  • Technology and Student Affairs 
  • Higher Education

Requirements

  • Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
  • Baccalaureate degree in Education from an accredited institution
  • Essay
  • Undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 or at least 3.25 for the last 30 semester credits
  • Two recommendations
